A. Peyton Bush III

Mr. Bush is President and Chief Executive Officer of Hibernia Bancorp, Inc. in New Orleans, LA. He has over 35 years of banking and investment experience, including as President and Chief Executive Officer of several financial institutions. Mr. Bush is a graduate of Princeton University and received an MBA from the University of Virginia. He has served on the MMR board since 2010.

William P. Carmichael

Mr. Carmichael is a retired executive with over 35 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting and financial management. He worked for Price Waterhouse and held various senior financial positions with global consumer product companies, including Sara Lee Corporation, Beatrice Foods Company and Esmark, Inc. Mr. Carmichael currently serves on the Boards of International Textile Group, Inc., Cobra Electronics Corporation and The Finish Line, Inc. and is Trustee of the Columbia Funds. He is an accounting graduate of Indiana University and received a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Virginia Law School. He has served on the MMR board since 2010.

Robert A. Day

Mr. Day is founder and Chairman of the Board of Trust Company of the West, an investment management company. He is also the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of W. M. Keck Foundation, a national philanthropic organization. He also serves as a director of Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. Mr. Day received his Bachelor of Science degree from Claremont McKenna College. He has served on the MMR board since 1994.

James C. Flores

Mr. Flores is Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Plains Exploration & Production Company (NYSE: PXP). He has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of PXP since December 2002, and President since March 2004. He was also Chairman of the Board of Plains Resources, Inc. (now owned by Vulcan Energy Corporation) from May 2001 to June 2004 and is currently a director of Vulcan Energy Corporation. He was Chief Executive Officer of Plains Resources, Inc. from May 2001 to December 2002. He was co-founder as well as Chairman, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at various times from 1992 until January 2001 of Ocean Energy, Inc., an oil and gas company. Mr. Flores received his Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Petroleum Land Management from Louisiana State University. He has served on the MMR board since 2010.

Gerald J. Ford

Mr. Ford is the principal shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Hilltop Holdings, Inc. He also serves as a director of Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc., Scientific Games Corp. and SWS Group, Inc. All of the above companies are listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

Mr. Ford is the former Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and a principal shareholder of Golden State Bancorp, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, California Federal Bank, FSB, a Federal Savings Bank that merged with Citigroup in 2002. He is also the former Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of First Acceptance Corporation.

He served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Southern Methodist University (S.M.U.) from 2002 to 2006, and currently serves as a Trustee and on the Trusteeship Committee of the University. He is on the Executive Board of S.M.U. School of Law, is a Trustee of Southwestern Medical Foundation and Children's Medical Foundation and is a member of the Board of Overseers of Weill Medical College and Graduate School of Medical Sciences of Cornell University.

Mr. Ford is a banking and financial institutions entrepreneur who has been involved in numerous mergers and acquisitions of private and public sector financial institutions, primarily in the Southwestern United States, over the past 30 years. In that capacity, he acquired and consolidated 30 commercial banks from 1975 to 1993, forming First United Bank Group, Inc., a multi-bank holding company for which he functioned as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer until its sale in 1994. During this period, he also led investment consortiums that acquired numerous financial institutions, forming in succession, First Gibraltar Bank, FSB, First Madison Bank, FSB and First Nationwide Bank.

Mr. Ford received his B.A. degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University in 1966 and his J.D. degree from S.M.U.'s School of Law in 1969. In 1995, he was named a Distinguished Alumnus of S.M.U. and in 2002, he was named a Distinguished Alumnus of the S.M.U. School of Law. Mr. Ford was named the 2008 Laureate to the Dallas Business Hall of Fame. Mr. Ford has served on the MMR board since 1998.

H. Devon Graham Jr.

Mr. Graham is President of R.E. Smith Interests, an asset management company. He was the United States Regional Managing Partner – Southwest of Arthur Andersen from 1985 until 1997. Mr. Graham is a member of the Senior Executive Advisory Board of the College of Business and Industry at Mississippi State University. He also serves on the board of Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. Mr. Graham graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Accounting. He has served on the MMR board since 1999.

Suzanne T. Mestayer

Ms. Mestayer is the Chief Executive Officer and managing member of ThirtyNorth Investments, LLC, a registered investment advisory firm, and managing member of Advisean Partners, L.L.C., a private investment and business consultation company. She is the former President of the New Orleans market of Regions Bank (formerly AmSouth Bank), part of Regions Financial Corporation, one of the largest full-service providers of consumer and commercial banking, trust, securities brokerage, mortgage, and insurance products and services. Ms. Mestayer was a partner in Arthur Andersen & Co. where she practiced as a CPA from 1973 to 1991. She practiced with Price Waterhouse from 1991 through 1992. She began working in the banking industry in 1993. Ms. Mestayer is registered as an investment advisor representative and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University in 1973. She has served on the MMR board since 2007.

B.M. Rankin Jr.

Mr. Rankin has served as Vice Chairman of the Board of McMoRan Exploration Co. and Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. since January 2001. Presently, Mr. Rankin is a private investor and provides consulting services to both companies through FM Services Company. He was co-founder of McMoRan Oil & Gas Co. in 1969 with J.R. Moffett and W.K. McWilliams. He is a member of the University of Texas McCombs School of Business Hall of Fame. He received his B.B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He has served on the MMR board since 1994.

John F. Wombwell

Mr. Wombwell has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Plains Exploration & Production Company (NYSE: PXP) since 2003. He was previously a partner at the national law firm of Andrews Kurth LLP and previously served as an executive officer and general counsel with two publicly traded companies. Mr. Wombwell received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Kentucky and holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He has served on the MMR board since 2010.

Morrison C. Bethea

Dr. Bethea is currently a Staff Physician at Ochsner Foundation Hospital and Clinic and also a Clinical Professor of Surgery at Tulane University Medical Center. He is a Cardiac, Thoracic and Vascular Surgeon and served as Chief of Thoracic Surgery at Memorial Medical Center in New Orleans from 1997 to 2005. He earned his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine, completed his residency at Charity Hospital in New Orleans and postgraduate training in thoracic and cardiac surgery at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York. Dr. Bethea is the co-author of The New York Times best selling book SUGAR BUSTERS! and the author of many publications in the field of cardiovascular disease. Dr. Bethea also serves as a director of Hibernia Bancorp, Inc.

Gabrielle K. McDonald

A former U.S. District Judge, noted civil rights attorney and professor of jurisprudence, Judge McDonald served for six years as a Judge of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in The Hague, The Netherlands and was President of the Tribunal from 1997 until 1999. Judge McDonald received her law degree from Howard University School of Law, completing the program as the top student in her class. She is presently a judge in the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal, The Hague, The Netherlands and Special Counsel on Human Rights to Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc., along with serving as an Advisory Director of Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc.

J. Taylor Wharton

Dr. Wharton was Special Assistant to the President for Patient Affairs and Professor, Gynecologic Oncology, at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center until August 31, 2007. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas, Galveston. He is also an Advisory Director of Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc.
